Another Day In The Office

This week was pretty cool. I'm basically just sitting behind a computer screen doing a whole bunch of really cool tech things that I've never done before, like editing videos, using facebook, photography, and creating and giving powerpoint presentations.  It's really fun and I'm really good at it (I hope haha).  It is literally so much fun.  Sometimes on Pday I just want to go back to work.

I have seen God's hand in my life so much these last two weeks.  Entering the office, I was worried about being able to make Christ the center of my life still, especially when I am so busy that studying the scriptures is hard.  But I am proud to say that I'm doing a really good job at it.  I love Christ.  Even just reading Mosiah 14 almost makes me cry everytime because I just can't believe all that He did for me.

This week I started praying differently.  Usually my prayers include something like this "Hey Father, Hows it going?  Hows the family?  If there is anything I can do for one of your children today, please let me know.  I want to help someone today."  Having that mindset has changed a lot for me.  I keep "looking for the one" as President Nelson puts it.  I have had so many cool experiences, talking with really shy missionaries and making a new friend or giving some comforting words to someone that looks stressed.  I honestly love the little impact I can see in everyone when I just serve them and bring a little light into their life for a day.

I am sleeping a little more than the first week, but I've heard that we've been pretty lucky with that recently.  Also eating here is really weird.  We either eat the most expensive and cool food that I've had in the mission or we just don't eat anything for too long.

Just so you know….

Everything that you will see on the Misión Paraguay Asunción 2024-2027 Facebook Page is filmed, edited, written, and chosen by me.  So even though I won't be in any of the pictures, I am doing all the background work!

1. Some of my favorite missionaries, Elder Pearce and Elder Larson.  I love these guys so much

2. I'm not in any of the pictures I take anymore, but I am taking good ones!
