What Kind Of Schedule Is This?
Hello again!
I know what you are all thinking. He goes almost a whole month without writing a word, finally writes us something, and now here he is four days later with another email. What? Either way, here I am.
I wanted to tell a couple more stories of what has been happening this last month. Especially the opportunity I had to go to Pirayu (the name of my area, two areas ago). Back in Pirayu (about 5 months ago) I had the opportunity to find, teach, and baptize three kids. They were the best. The were so excited to see us everytime we went and were so excited to go to church that they started to cry the one week that they couldnt go. I watched these kids grow in the testimony of their Savior and it was amazing. We were trying to help the parents get baptized as well. Although they loved learning about Christ, things came up and it never happened. A few weeks ago, the new missionaries in that area told me that some things had cleared up and the mom asked to get baptized! Being in the office might have a couple extra perks, because President let me go and see it! I took a little road trip with the APs and we drove about an hour to my old area and it was so cool. I felt the Spirit so strong.
I also had the opportunity to visit a few ruins. When we were driving out by Encarnacion on our "gira", President stopped us and told us that we needed to learn more about Paraguay. So we did. I actually attached a few pics last time. So I guess this time I'll just send different completely unrelated pics.
This week has been a little different for me. President is out of the office for a week in Argentina, so I have like no work to do! We have left the office a little after lunch time everyday to work out in the streets. I honestly thought that our area was really difficult, but I have come to realize that there are always people ready to hear the gospel! It is such a special opportunity to help people change their lives and see the light that comes into their eyes. People are awesome.
I think that's all for this week! I love you all!
