The hosts yet advance.  We have employed every defense we can think of, yea even splashing water and using toilet paper to cover the cracks, yet the ants go marching on. Well hello everybody!  Yeah this week we don't have a smelly-refrigerator-drip-pan problem, but instead an ant problem. Other than the ant problem we have... -a family of 10 (5 old enough to get baptized) that all came to church -a wedding on Friday -a good pday where we saw the great and spacious building and played soccer -a jar of Costco brand pecans...somehow.  One of our friends has it and we have no idea how it got here all the way from America -a canceled baptism last Sunday  -more friends or converts (that got baptized within my time here) at church than other members (that was kinda cool, but there were only a few member there) -many, many diabolical problems within the branch, most of which have to do with the members breaking the law of chastity, but I won't be getting into the details her...

Hey everyone! I'm still alive and kickin! This week was honestly kinda rough.  Tuesday through Saturday were filled with miracles in helping people progress to getting baptized.  Sunday was filled with people neglecting the miracles happening in their lives and choosing a different path.  We lost 11 baptismal dates in one day.  I got pretty sad pretty quickly.  Even a few of our strongest friends who should already be baptized by now are choosing to fall away. It's kinda rough to see God relentlessly fighting to save their souls, and me and my comp giving our all as well, but then our friends choose to slowly turn the other way.  We're still fighting though!   I've recently been focusing on a talk called one percent better.  Basically I'm improving little by little and trying to improve a little in every aspect, we'll see how it goes! Also, our apartment started to smell really bad at one point, I looked for a couple days but couldn't figure ...

Hey everyone! I've had a rather eventful week Tuesday we had district conference and planned a wedding and a baptism for a couple weeks down the road Wednesday we had my mission president's last zone conference and it took us 12 hours including travels Thursday we found two more people who after the first lesson said that they want to prepare for baptism Friday we did baptismal interviews and filled up the recently-fixed font in own church building (before we had to travel to a different building using non-existent buses) Saturday we had the two baptisms of our friends Marta and Ingrid (after the first lesson with Ingrid, she prayed about the BoM and then told us she already knew it was true!) Afterwards we went to the town fair because literally everyone was there and we couldn't find any of our friends.  It was actually really cool Sunday we found an old friend that I had taught before and put a baptismal date with him, and then went and planned a second wedding and bapti...
